This will walk you through downloading and installing Verbotics Weld, as well as importing an example workcell.

In addition to the software, you will also need a workcell model. You can download a number of example workcells from our website. For this example we will use the «Yaskawa with positioner» cell. Download this example workcell .vbmodel file to your computer.

Importing Work Cells: Video demonstration

Launch Verbotics Weld from your start menu. Before creating a new project, you need to import the downloaded workcell into the software. To do this:

1. Откройте диалоговое окно параметров :code:Edit > Preferences / Редактировать > Предпочтения.

2. Нажмите на раздел “сварочные ячейки / Work Cells” слева.

3. Click the «Add File» button in the workcells section and navigate to the downloaded workcell .vbmodel file.

Once this is done, the workcells list should show the «Example Yaskawa with positioner» cell as an option. You can now close the preferences dialog.
