Re-validate Plan

The re-validate plans operation checks the currently selected weld plans for collision and other issues. This is useful when there are planned welds within a project and the collision geometry changes. For example if the part is modified slightly, or a new part is imported. Note that this does not re-plan failed welds. If the part is modified resulting in the position of the welds changing the existing welds should be removed from the project and re-identified.

To re-validate weld plans:

1. Select the welds to be re-validated.

2. Right-click and select “Re-validate plans…”.

3. Wait for the re-validation operation to complete.

4. Accept the results.

Welds that have failed re-validation will now be marked as failed.
